Every child and adult must receive their rights to essential services from food to healthcare. My research focuses on development policies to protect these basic rights, especially in India and South Asia.
I am an academic and teach courses on social policies and universal healthcare. Have completed my PhD from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and am also an alumna of the School of Oriental and African Studies, London School of Economics and Political Science and CAPORDE.
Am also an activist with various civil society organisations and have founded the 25percent.in and SAVE FOOD networks.
